We are a Chandigarh, India, based concern. The concern had been promoted
by Davendra Singh in year 2000 with over 10 years of experience in ERP implementation,
system design and software consultancy. His vision and continuous efforts to upgrade
to new ideas, new technologies and enabled us to became leading software
solution provider for insurance broking industry in India and expanding fast to
Middle East and Africa region.
Initially we started with differesnt segments like development and design of web
sites, domain registration & hosting services, development of customized software
for corporate, specifically for MLM companies. Associate Management System (AMS)
was one of our most popular products among MLM companies originated from Chandigarh.
However soon we restricted ourselves to Insurance Intermediary industry in 2006.
We are proud to say that we are now number 1 software solution
provider for insurance broking industry in India. However we have
clients in Tanzania, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Uganda and Qatar.
Some of the milestones of our journey till date are :
- In year 2003 we developed our first insurance software product named SAIBA
for Insurance Brokers. SAIBA was a big milestone for us. It was handpicked by various
insurance brokers in Chandigarh and Delhi. Our unique idea, simplified product and
our approach towards customer worked very well.
- In year 2005 Mr. R.B. Singh joined us and thus we started support operations from
Noida. R.B. Singh became a vital catalyst to the Simson. Very soon he became the
back bone of the simson's support system and played a significant role in strengthening
the bonding with our customers.
- Year 2005 was an important year in the history of simson till date as we launched
our 2nd product for health insurance industry named SATA, which was mainly
developed to cater the needs to third party administrators in India. That product
later customized and given to air evacuation companies and some health insurance
- In 2006 we got an opportunity to develop a software for private railway companies.
That was a big challenge for us and we took it and finally TroMa borned.
We are proud to say that we have completed this one of the most complexed software
in time and successfully launched and installed at Kutch Railway company offices.
- In 2007 we realised the need of an online application for the insurance broking
industry. Then we started the development of Online version of SAIBA. By end of
2007 we managed to launch the first hybrid version of SAIBAOnline. Where
some of the features were available online to marketing and operation team and accounting
was centralised. In the meantime we continue to add more and more features to both
the variant of SAIBA. But very soon in 2008 we managed to launch first full scale
version of SAIBAOnline.
- In the end of 2010, we got our first International client as Pan-Oceanic
in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Very soon we got more clients in Bahrain,
Hong Kong, Uganda and Qatar.
